When you visit the website

This website uses no marketing cookies or advertising pixels. Fonts and images load from the website itself. Language is determined by the page address and is not saved in a cookie.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request times to deliver and protect the service.

When you contact us

When you submit the form, we receive your email address and the link or description you share about your business. We use these details to prepare a website preview with the help of AI tools and to reply. The preview is reviewed before we send it. If you email us, we receive the information you include.

For a potential project, processing may be necessary to take steps before entering a contract. Other correspondence is handled based on our interest in answering enquiries. Please share only what is needed and avoid sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Form enquiries are stored with Cloudflare and handled in our workflow with Notion and OpenAI. Technical data is also used to limit repeated submissions. We do not publish your contact address in a website preview. Email is handled through Zenbox and Gmail. Information is retained while the conversation continues and as long as needed for the project or applicable obligations; the period depends on the enquiry.

Proposals we send

If we send you a personal website proposal link, we will provide information about the data handled through that proposal. Available features may include records of proposal opens and interactions, an AI assistant chat, and Stripe payments.

Questions about your information

Use our contact form to ask what we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to processing. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. You can also contact the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
